The location is great, very close to the metro so it was easy to get to from the airport as well as helpful for getting around Rome. They also store your luggage. The man working the desk gave us a map and circled the main sites and routes which was helpful

Central location, lots of things nearby, safe place and helpful staff, especially Jhonny who welcomed me there, was extremely attentive and gave me great tips about Rome.
Very busy area, noisy at night.

They dont have a lobby, so the whole thing feels a bit unprofessional
