WE went out one morning and when we returned in the evening the bathroom had flooded, there was a half inch of water covering the floor. We called Yosef on WhatsApp and he came immediately and dried everything. Likewise when a couple small things were not up to our standard we told him and he fixed right away, like the sink faucet was a little loose and the toilet needed adjustment. He is eager to make things right.
The location is very near Roma Termini, which is in itself not bad, but helpful. But that area is known to be the worst in Rome for pickpockets so be sure to keep your valuables under your clothes or at least right next to your body and NOT in a backpack that can be easily zipped open.
