Th staff at Zendy Were all wonderful, very positive and helpful.
The lovely lady who does the room service/keeping was also brilliant. Organised things for us and replaced things that we didn't expect. Was truly wonderful.
All the different people working the desk were exceptionally polite and always went above and beyond what they needed to do.
Very happy with our stay!
Air con worked brilliantly , all the washroom facilities were great. Fridge and hairdryer provided as well as a kettle.
The bed itself, a touch stiff, could do with a little more bedding and pillows. But overall brilliant .

Location was near the Taksim Square, the cleanest was in good level.
The room was in the first floor and the windows was just in the half of the wall.
