Wunderschöne Location mit liebenswertem Personal

Wir waren in einem Zimmer im grossen Haus, also keinem Bungalow. Unser Zimmer war gross und sehr schön mit einem grossen Bad, grossem und gutem Bett und einer grossen Terrasse. Schönes, angenehmes Licht im ganzen Areal und im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und beflissen, die meisten konnten sogar englisch was alles erleichtert hat. Das Frühstück war wirklich absolut erstklassig, sogar Käse und einen guten Salami gab es, was in Asien in dieser Preisklasse recht selten vorkommt. Alles was das Herz begehrt war zu haben, auf Wunsch alle möglichen Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet, Früchte, Brote und für asiatische Gäste Sachen die ich noch nie gesehen, geschweige denn gegessen habe. Immer genügend Plätze und kein Gedränge sowie angenehme Gäste. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und der Blick auf den Pool und dahinter das Meer-einmalig! Insgesamt wird die Hotelanlage sehr gut gemanagt und es herrscht eine sehr gute Atmosphäre. Toll war auch, dass man ein Fahrrad gratis leihen konnte.

es muss eine Treppe ins Zimmer im 1. und 2. Stock benutzt werden, es gibt keinen Lift- somit für Behinderte und ältere Personen u.U. eher schwierig. Im Balkon gibt es keine Storen oder Rollos, ist also direkt der Sonne ausgesetzt. Beim Pool dasselbe, keinen Sonnenschirme dort wo man sie brauchen würde. Es gibt wenige Schattenplätze am Pool. (es war immerhin 36 ° im Schatten) der nahe und lange Strand ist gut gepflegt aber es gibt auch da nur wenige Liegen die im Schatten sind. Was uns sehr fehlte war eine Wäscherei, die es auch nach langem Suchen im nächsten Dorf nicht gab, was uns veranlasste einen thailändischen Waschsalon aufzusuchen um dort die Wäsche selbst zu machen. ( wir waren 9 Tage dort) Ein Abenteuer, doch alle Einheimischen helfen einem gerne und sind sehr nett.

a retreat haven.

i appreciate the water front most, e.g. the swimming pool, the beach and the dining area.

the stepup stairs to the bathroom. it's unsafe to go to toilet in the dark at night. it might be my poor luck that i was disturbed by the kid's noice from next unit.

Lovely stay. Wish I had more time.

The room was lovely with chic decoration. Breakfast buffet line provided good variety of food. Good atmosphere for a laid-back holiday if you are there on weekdays. I spent the morning doing yoga by the beach and then cool off at the pool. It was relaxing.

Watch out for the birds when you sit semi-outdoor at breakfast. They steal the food from your plate. One guest was kind enough to come up and warn me not to eat as I left my plate on the table to grab a drink and the bird came down.

calm and peaceful

The hotel is clean and in a very quite part of the city. the staff are very clean and down to earth and I enjoyed this homely stay.

Practical but not worth the costs, will not visit again!

It was located on the way to to the Airport.

Rooms were not matching the 5* rating. The restaurant was our biggest frustration. I ordered a white wine, but hot served a red, staff were very rude, sighing and pushing us to take a red wine instead. Food served not according to the menu. We were very disappointed and had to pay a high price.

Exceptional

Perfect location to relax and wind down. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at U Pattaya. All the staff were fantastic, room was always cleaned at our convenience. The infinity pool is one of the best we've seen. A great view from the restaurant. Thanks to everyone at U Pattaya.

very nice and clean room, got upgrade from garden view to sea view for free, comfy bed,friendly and polite staffs, breakfast was good , clean beach

stayed few times before wouldn’t go back.

we’ve stayed a few times before, obviously it’s getting slightly dated but we did stay when it was brand new so it’s never going to look the same.

the aircon was noisy and was leaking a drip right outside the window the side I was sleeping. very bright lights shining through the windows lit the room up at night. breakfast was very standard. glad only stayed a night breakfast would have been boring after a few days.

everything.. idylic settings, great hospitality. i cant fault the place in any way. the beach is shallow one can walk in quite far and yet be at chest level water, the water is not choppy at all, clear and calm like a pool, and their infinity pool has a substantial length. the cabana by the beach set up for my friends 25th anniversary celebration dinner was beautiful. the food was amazing.

its quite far from Jomtien and central pattaya, i knew that, but i didnt expect that there would be nothing around.. even the closest market is a good 20 min walk. we had to hail a cab for everything. the other thing that was that i was billed for first night on my card, i opted to pay at hotel at additional cost, then i was billed the entire stay of 3 nights when i reached... i cant fathom why that would be done. we were three couples, the booking was under me, and it was super confusing to settle the bills. eventually i paid entire amount at check out and am now waiting for my refund.

I will choose this resort again for sure.

This is my second stay at this resort. This time I spent 2 nights. I was very enjoyed spending all day and night in the resort. It is very good in everything, the staff, facilities, and view. The breakfast is delicious. There are many dining options. At 2 am I asked the staff for drinking water, and they gave it immediately to me. I’m so impressed with this resort!!!

Excellent location for serious downtime

Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya town. Bangsaray village is a 30 minute walk away along the beach. The hotel loans out bicycles if you don't want to walk.

There weren't too many dining options outside the hotel.
