Staff nice

Room facilities very poor - shower head broken - bidet spray leaking - furniture tear off - room need touch up - found swimming suite pad on wall Very disappointed

Great stay for us in - wonderful value in an interesting town (for a couple of nights)

Lovely people / staff. Bicycles on offer and were needed to get around Bangsaray as Costa is a gentle 10 min cycle ride from town. Nice small pool on the roof. Incredibly good value for money. A quiet location but convenient for town - as long as you don't mind walking or better still using the bikes!.

Breakfast was quite honestly terrible... and an expensive mistake. NEVER try the coffee! No English channel on the TV. No way to change any money at the hotel so make sure you are cashed up. If no bikes are available at the time of your visit, getting around might be challenging.

All staff are nice and very friendly. The breakfast is good, but the location is far from the beach.

A disappointing experience but not drastically so.

The hotel is nicely designed and was well finished when it was built. Unfortunately, that seems to be quite a long time ago and maintenance has not been sufficient.

Not a 4 or 5 star, at best 3 and falling. Minor but telling gripes were one tiny bottle of shower gel and shampoo for a double occupied room, with no extra toilet paper left, presumably in the expectation that once it's used, clench pending replacement.

Pleasant

Because of Covid, the hotel looks a bit abandoned and it has deteriorated in the past 2 years. It is due to circumstances and all hotels are struggling with staff and budget.

Great location and restaurants

We got a special on for our stay, which was great. The hotel is designed in Greek style, very stylish and clean. The staff are very helpful and the room had a great countryside view and convenient setup. Within 5 minutes we were on quiet roads and able to cycle. Heading 5 minutes the othe direction we were at the beach. Good restaurants and a relaxed vibe.

Pleasant

-staff are friendly, polite and helpful -big jacuzzi at the balcony -hotel is very peaceful -very cute hotel -the bed is very soft like you sleep on the cloud

-the breakfast need to urgently improve, at least if it not buffet you should inform guest before pay cause the price is high, we are expect more from this price. -the water in swimming pool are too green we don't think it's clean enough for the baby. -also water in jacuzzi is are green, they are may not dirty water but it could make people feel uncomfortable to jump in especially kids.
