The greenery and proximity to the beach . And the ping pong table . Variety at breakfast was also good.
The old lifts and having to constantly log on to the wifi.

Breakfast was decent and a little different variety everyday- open early till late morning which was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice and clean pool which isn't overcrowded with poolside cocktails. Massage offered were excellent and professional.
Only downside is food quality at resort restaurants were average and one meal was not very fresh causing food poisoning. Massage hours could have been better with slightly later hours.

Staff could be more professional considering many guests coming in.
The front desk is very poor in service mind. While taking check in or check out, still playing with phones. They also don't look straight to the guests. Only partially looking and then complain to the other staffs in Thai for the issues or problems.
The morning buffets ended at 10am but normally when guests are still eating, hotels won't take all the food and drinks away. Here they started right at 10am without telling guests who are still at the table. They took the drinks station first then start to clean up food stations. Only when I initiated the question and ask, then the staff started to tell the guests.
Ravindra facilities are 5* but service from.front desk staffs are lower than expected. Other staffs at lower end are very nice, from bell boys to house keepers.
