The staff were lovely but some couldn't speak English well. We actually only used the hotel to sleep and have breakfast because we were visiting friends who'd tenting a villa two doors away. The location wasn't bad....quiet part of Bang Saray, 10 min.walk to the beach and with a gorgeous cafe restaurant next door.
There was no Hite water the day we arrived so we had to move rooms. Then part of the dresser fell down twice, nearly on my friend's foot....we discovered it was balancing precariously on one flat rung! Breakfast was rather limited but ok. Not sure I'd give it 4 stars.

Food was ok, room and bathroom excellent
The hotel is very difficult to reach with public service. Without own car not recommendable to go there.
We hat to walk 7 pm from Busstop to hotel more than 2 km. All on public highway with full traffic and 36 celsius not a pleasure. No taxi available. They should mention before take bookings.
