The room was really nicely renovated and clean, they provided cleaning service and the location was great.
There was only a small window and no air was coming in we had to turn the AC all the time. In booking it seems they would offer breakfast, they are even called B&B but no breakfast is offered, even if they have a room with tables assigned to every room. There is also no tea/coffee maker available at all not even in the common room, which is something normally offered these days.

Location is super, pretty close to center, in nice neighborhood. We didn't have breakfast there, but lot of stores around the flat. Room was clean, bed really comfy. Good value for money
The fact that private toilet is far down the hallway, so you need to walk 10m to get to bathroom, that is annoying especially during night

The property is located in the center of Palermo, in a fairly safe area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, including useful amenities such as a fridge in the room. The bathroom was also large and convenient. A special mention goes to the very kind cleaning lady, who helped us and cleaned the room every day, making our stay more pleasant.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to use the kitchen, and there were no basic facilities available to heat water or prepare a simple tea (for example, a kettle). Additionally, on several occasions, other tenants live or stay in the same flat were shouting, which was quite disturbing.

The bed was comfortable. It was clean and tidy. The location was good.
We got charged a late night fee. The elevator was small. We didn’t enjoy being rushed in the morning. The host was polite enough but didn’t really go out of his way to link us up with facilities or anything like that. It was polite but formal. Not as warm as we have had since.
