Francesco - the owner is super friendly, kind and helpful… Really nice.
The whole interior of accommodation looks nice - nice decoration.
We could leave the bags after the check out, that was also very nice.
The breakfast was prepackaged and contains some sweets (biscuits, cereal and some sweet pastry) and the coffee from the machine was great!
Well… The bed was maybe broken, actually not stable. The hygiene level - bathroom was clean except the shower, that was a little bit dirty. The room was clean for the first sight. But when I move some parts of furniture because I wanted a better acces to the wall plug, I see dirt. The towels were clean, but when it got wet, it stinked.
Over all - we would like to say that Francesco was amazing host and made the situation much better!

Totally decent adult hostel / room in a larger apartment. Nice staff, AC and WiFi works well.
Could have had real bed instead of foam.

- The room was really comfortable & spacious.
- Bathroom really close to the room.
- It was and felt really clean.
- The location was really central & really good.
- The communication was online because he wasn`t there or didn`t
communicate, when he would be there. I had to "pull the informations" out of the nose - which was
tiring, because I just wanted to rest after work and not micromanage. Afterwords I asked for a seperated bill and never got an answer.
- Close to the room was a bar or disco, so it was loud in the evening/ during night.
For me it was more or less manageable with ear plucks. But if you are sensitive sleeper, this could
be disturbing.
- No cups, infrastructure or any possibilities to make e.g. tea.
