The staff were very difficult to work with. Arranging the trip was extremely frustrating.

The property is set in a great location and views. Staff were friendly
Property is old and appears neglected with minimal maintenance across the board. Not many food choices. Room towels require replacement.. Full board doesn’t include any drinks.. There are better offers nearby
