Excellent food, beautiful place and very nice and helpful staff
Everything was wonderful and felt very natural, surrounded by beautiful nature. The only things that could be improved are the bathroom walls, which could use a little more attention to make them look nicer, and the placement of items such as the toilet paper, which could be a little closer and easier to reach.

The welcome was amazing and Rain was the perfect host. We also enjoyed the support and help of Felix, Mango and Yasmine. Everyone worked to make our stay magical - and it certainly is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. We are grateful to everyone for their kindness and attention. We particularly appreciated the organic vegetables grown locally. Rain made all our visits to the parks and mountains so easy. We felt as if the hotel was part of the wonderful experience of visiting this magnificent part of China
Everything was high quality. No complaints. I would recommend that you contact everyone who books to let them know that you will sort out their tours of the parks and mountains. There is no need to book anything in advance because Rain and his team do everything for you. We didn’t know that in advance and it would be helpful to have this guidance after we had booked

The staff were very helpful and friendly!
The property is very outdated! It really really needs a revamp. It if in a very rural area and there hasn’t been any maintenance to much of it in a long time.
I would recommend staying in one of the villa’s as the other rooms where more like backpackers lodge. No view, very grim and didn’t feel comfortable at all.
When I booked an upgrade I got a really lovely room with incredible views. So go straight for a nice big room.
