Lovely welcoming B&B.

Beautiful modern villa offering 3 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have high ceilings into the eves giving them very airy feel. The rooms we stayed in had a balcony with views across the Kandi. The place had a very nice welcoming feel. Breakfast was excellent. They will also do other meals and the card in the room says that they need an hours notice - although I'd give them more.

Amazing view and very quiet moment !

The view is amazing! Breakfast was simple but very good.

The cockroach in the bathroom ;) even if it’s quite normal due to the location!

Superb

Very big, clean room with balcony that has an excellent view of Kandy. Staff was friendly and served us a welcome smoothie, and a nice breakfast.

Driver had a difficult time finding it - some additional signage at the side road would be helpful.

I had a lovely stay

The place is close to town with a walking distance and a small tuktuk ride if you are going up. super new, clean luxurious and the view from the balcony is amazing. the works are very friendly and helpful

it is still super new so you can still smell fresh paint, but this is a minor issue that can be solved with a scent diffuser.

We loved everything about this B&B. From the warm welcome to the many cups of tea on the veranda. A big thank you to Lalith and his colleague who were available at all times to answer any questions we had and help us with transport and food.

Nice Kandy

Great place, fantastic view from the hall and balcony, grateful stuff. Very close to main Temple and lake by walk. Breakfast 3-4 from 5.

Only one problem was - to find hotel, because drivers didn't know how to find the correct way to it.

Comfy home in the hills above Kandy

- extremely friendly and helpful staff - they even made sure we could eat breakfast when our baby did not let us sit down - nice views over Kandy and yet just a short Tuk-Tuk ride from the center - comfy facilities with a cozy common living room - laundry service is available

The room was noisy, noise from the street from the kitchen (every time they used the blender it sounded like it was in the room full of rocks)we could here every conversation.the rooms only natural light was opening a blind either to the street at street level or the blind looking at the main drive and entrance so couldn't have any privacy at all so had to stay in a dark room.no Dinner available at all ,no mosquito net which the mosquitoes appreciate quite honestly they were the happiest occupants of the room (at least they got an evening meal)dirty used bedsheets in the wardrobe I could Go on but what's the point it's a horrendous place and I wouldn't recommend it to my X wife or her mother.

Stunning views

Beautiful home in the hills with stunning views of the city centre. Host was very friendly and breakfast was good. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We could watch the sunrise from our window.

excellent place to stay

the property is beautiful, well maintained with very clean and comfortable room. The views are fantastic. the staff are amazing and very sweet. the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, but the staff arranged Tuk Tuk’s for us, which were there within a few minutes each time. we didn’t have the breakfast but i saw the kitchen and it was spotless. recommend this as a place to stay. thank you for a lovely experience X

The view from the balcony is awesome. The room and bath are clean and comfortable. The personal is really friendly and the breakfast is nice.

Maybe a mosquito net would be a nice idea.

Great place to stay near centre of Kandy

Very well looked after by a super host. Very spacious room with balcony with great view of Kandy. Close to town but is a bit of a steep walk up hill!

A great place to stay in Kandy, with amazing views over the city.

Amazing stay. I was only at the hotel for a short while, arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning - it was a shame I was unable to stay longer. The staff were extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable - even taking me to the station on a scooter when no tuk-tuk was available early in the morning. The views from the property were amazing overlooking Kandy, and I wish I could have stayed longer.

I had a lovely large room with an amazing view, a huge comfy bed and the room was lovely and clean. Best room I stayed in my whole trip. I was given a delicious breakfast and during curfew when all restaurants were closed they made me dinner free of charge. I felt cared and looked after.

The hospitality here is second to none, the staff are so lovely. Really clean and close to Kandy viewpoint.

We had deluxe room. It was comfortable room. Great view from window on the lake and sity. Ceiling is very high. It looks beauty. Host is kind person. He made very tasty breakfast. Wi-fi don't freeze. It is quite place.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing time at this B&B. The beds are the most comfortable, everything is clean and you have an amazing view. But the absolute best about the place is Lalith. He mad us feel so special and he was the most welcoming and nice person ever. He’s a gem. And he makes the most amazing breakfast. I would come back here anytime just because of him.

A lovely quiet small hotel

A very pleasant bed and breakfast of just a few rooms. A good welcome with tea, coffee and biscuits. Ours was a good size room and reserved as a view room which it had over the city. TV, a/c, no kettle or fridge. A well finished modern room spotlessly clean. On a hill overlooking the city but not too onerous a walk into the centre, maybe 20 minutes. Uphill I preferred the 400 rupee, $2, tuk tuk ride. Breakfast was Sri Lankan, hoppers, egg and whatever else you made of the others with jam or savoury fillings. tea, coffee and water. Not extensive but sufficient. Good value and a nice stay.

it would be nice if they sold a beer at the end of a hot day sightseeing

we didn’t expect much, but the result was above our expectations! - the host was very friendly and nice - they served breakfast early in the morning (we had to go in a trip), the food was delicious - room was clean and cozy - the view is amazing , and mongoose came to our balcony ♥️☺️

The nicest owners, highly recommended!

The owners are the nicest and heart-warming people. The facility is really beautiful and amazingly located at the hill over the Kandy lake (lovely view guaranteed). Sri Lankan breakfast served in their kitchen was delicious and very authentic. Room was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Great value for money! The wi-fi signal was pretty strong which seems to be quite rare in Sri Lanka.

Great choice, out of the city center's hussle but only 5min away by tuktuk

Great option for your stay in Kandy! The view from the terrace is rather awesome, the room was clean and comfy, the breakfast good enough and the staff very nice and responsive. Great solution, fairly far from the messy center of the city (but reachable in 5 min by tuk tuk) and therefore more enjoyable.
