The staff - Sarjan and Kingston are wonderful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows very comfortable which made for a good nights sleep . The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful .
The location is up a steep hill so could be challenging for some travellers. However , no issue for me .
Upon checkout , I discovered that no card payment could be taken . Fortunately, I was able to pay with my AUD Curreny and local LKR .
Be aware if you intend to pay pay card .

Nous avons tout aimé. Tout était absolument parfait! Nous sommes partis très tôt de l'établissement (5h) et ils nous avaient préparés notre petit dej à emporter.

Quando ci arrivi non si ha una buona impressione ma le camere devo dire che sono eccellenti, pulite, letti comodi, curate e bagno molto bello con ottima doccia. Devo dire soldi ben spesi. Unica cosa , non è centralissimo, è dalla parte opposto del lago ma cmq con una breve passeggiata di arriva al centro commerciale (dove c'è anche la stazione dei treni che cmq è chiusa in direzione Ella) e poi si arriva tempio del dente.
quando siamo rientrati dalla cena il portone di ingresso era chiuso a chiave e abbiamo faticato a svegliare qualcuno che ci aprisse

The approaching road to the hotel was broken and very steep. Empty hotel, no view at all.
