Nos encantó la ubicación del apartamento, su amplitud, el barrio y la atención recibida por Mara, la propietaria. Muy atenta, todo super bien explicado y que hablase español fue de gran ayuda. Nos acompañó al supermercado, recomendó sitios para comer y todo lo necesario del apartamento en el que no faltaba detalle. Las camas cómodas, amplitud y un barrio muy tranquilo con un ambiente muy guay de noche. Ideal para viajar con niños, en nuestro caso adolescentes. Desde el apartamento se puede llegar a los sitios de interés andando y con paradas de vaporetto cerca, incluso de donde llegan autobuses del aeropuerto.

I have to start by mentioning the lovely Mara, who met us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are amazing – we slept better than at home. We felt great there. It’s in Cannaregio, a quiet area with no crowds, but it’s just a short walk to the main canal, where there are lots of great restaurants. There is a good supermarket nearby, and the main attractions can be reached in 30 minutes. I highly recommend it! It’s a perfect place to stay in Venice.

Petite terrasse pour déjeuner. Lave-vaisselle et machine à laver, même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servis.
Une seule Clim pour tout l’appartement nécessite de dormir portes ouvertes pour en bénéficier car elle se trouve dans le hall. Il faut aussi vider le réservoir, ce qui n’est pas contraignant en soi mais il faut y penser. Le boiler fait énormément de bruit quand quelqu’un se douche. Enfin, il n’y a rien pour se préparer un café le matin... Pour le reste, c’était un bon pied à terre pour visiter.
