Fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop, in a very quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything you needed, including washing machine and microwave. Even the check-in was very simple and smooth.
The TV channels were only in Italian. A Smart TV would have been useful to be able to log in to Netflix, but it's a minor detail

The location was amazing, right on the canal. It was also close to shops and restaurants, and ferry stops.
The bedroom needs heavier curtains as the light shines in.

A spacious and well organised ground floor apartment, the bed was really comfortable and nice bathroom

It was away from the tourist crowds. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with.
I chose this property because I wanted a quiet location. Unfortunately the bedroom was next to a busy waterway with boats buzzing past my bed from 6 AM to midnight. I had to move into the lounge which had a sofabed.
