O apartamento é excelente e bem localizado, em área plana, próximo de supermercados, restaurantes, bares, farmácia. Fica aproximadamente uns 300m da estação F.te Nove (vaporetto). E sem ponte!
Facilita muito, inclusive para visitar as ilhas Murano e Burano. Não é longe da Praça San Marco, lindíssima! Fica uns 700m, mas sinceramente? Não dá para perceber, é muito bom andar por Veneza.
É possível visitar os principais pontos turísticos à pé. Aliás, recomendo explorar bastante à pé!
Percorrer Veneza é sempre uma aventura! Tantos pequenos canais e vielas, de repente surge uma construção, uma arquitetura que te leva a imaginar os áureos tempos!
Neste ponto, o térreo do prédio onde fica o apartamento te remete à Veneza antiga! Um espetáculo à parte!
O apartamento é muito bem organizado! Bonito e aconchegante, com todos os recursos para quem prefere home ao padrão de hotel.
Gostamos muito da hospedagem e a Stefania faz diferença! Muito gentil!
Veneza é estonteante! Tem uma vibe simplesmente divina!

La ubicacion , la tranquilidad. Habitaciones cómodas. Cocina bien equipada. Muy limpio. Las vistas desde las ventanas espectaculares. Fácil para moverte por toda Venecia. El edificio y los alrededores son preciosos. La anfitriona nos explicó todo genial y nos dejó cómida. Todo genial muy recomendable.

The location was excellent and the view from the main bedroom was lovely. The apartment was close to a vaporetto stop (F Nouve) and there were no canels to cross and steps to go up and down, so easy to pull your luggage (there would be canals to cross using other stops on the vaporetto)
Kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean throughout.
The washing machine and microwave worked well. We didn't use anything else.
WiFi was a bit spotty but we expected that. It didnt always work in the bedrooms.
The host didn't meet us and only notified us there was a city tax to pay less than 2 hours before we arrived. Then, contacted us AFTER we had left on our last day to tell us to leave the money on the table and the amount, which wasnt helpful. Communication was very poor.
Air conditioning is only in the main living room and the bedrooms were very hot. We couldn't open the window since a seagull tried to get in the first night and we were bitten by midgies so uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. Beds were comfy for us though.
The only access was via a lift. This would have been OK except my daughter has a phobia of lifts which made it difficult for her - the lift was old but worked fine though.
