About this apartment rental
Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice in the Sestiere of Cannaregio, the location is very central, just a 10-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment, renovated in a modern style, consists of a bright living area with a lounge corner (with sofa bed) and a complete kitchen, a very spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Two EXTRA beds available upon request. Rates include sheets and towels. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Wonderful place. Great communication with the management we used the pullout sofa for our college kids and it was very comfortable.

Nice location and spacious flat even for 4 but the owners should have been more considerate with a few more details, especially considering the price we paid for 3 nights. We were a group of 4 but the sofa bed was not ready, we had to do bed sheets and everything. All the flats we stayed across italy had at least a bottle of water per person complimentary, which would have been great at a place like Venice where you cant easily access essentials anytime you want. For 4 people staying 3 nights, providing two rolls of toilet paper was ridiculous. And please note that there are lots of mosquitoes. Flat has some repellent plug in vaporisers but didn’t work for us. Overall it was a good stay but not a good value for money
