Nice pools, beach, room was beautiful!
To reach other parts of the pearl you have to go through the bridge and there isn’t always a buggy offered.

My daughters and I have just had the most amazing stay at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, and I genuinely cannot praise the hotel and its wonderful staff enough.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning – luxurious, elegant and beautifully maintained – but what really made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional level of service and the warmth of the staff.
A very special mention has to go to Nour, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. Every morning when she saw us, she would make a point of walking over to greet us, ask how we were, check how our stay was going and make sure there was nothing we needed help with. It never felt forced or simply part of her job – she was genuinely warm, caring and attentive, and those little personal touches made such a difference. She made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after, and she is a real credit to the Kempinski team.
As a mum travelling with my daughters, it was lovely to stay somewhere where we could completely relax, enjoy ourselves and feel so well taken care of. The whole experience felt luxurious yet welcoming, and we have made some wonderful memories together here.
The service, hospitality, beautiful surroundings and attention to detail have been outstanding. Marsa Malaz Kempinski truly understands what five-star hospitality should feel like.
We are leaving with such happy memories and would return without hesitation. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special, and an extra special thank you to Nour – your kindness and genuine care did not go unnoticed. ❤️

Lovely hotel and rooms were very spacious and the staff very friendly
Rooms were not clean properly, and hand and face towels were not replaced and had call each afternoon to have the delivered.
