At very moment the staff warmly greet you, say hello & ask how your day has been. They are all genuine people & nothing is a problem that they cannot rectify. My wife & I from Australia had a wonderful stay. Beautiful rooms. This place is a palace.
There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
