The view from our room was exceptional, especially with the private balcony! The room was quiet, spacious, and well-maintained - we were not disappointed! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location is great, with a 10 minute drive from Paihia, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Location devine. Only trouble is it was a cold evening and would have liked an rlectric blanket. But heater wa4med unit fine once i worked out how to use

Good view across the street
Too many flys and insects at night time when there is no aircon and no fly screen in a hot summer, we could not shut the window or sliding door totally but then insects, mosquitos and flys come through. I have to wake up at midnight to fight to mosquitos.
