Location is superb and the staff so lovely, helpful and on top of their game.
The room is small but not to small, comfortable bed, awesome fan to cool down on hot days and an elevator which is not so common on these older buildings. I was on the top floor so very appreciated.
The shower took a very long time to heat up. Not a problem on the warmer days but would be after a colder evening out.

Staff are really pleasant and helpful, always smiling and happy to help with anything they are a real credit to the hotel.
The location is great and the area is very nice.
The facilities are old and dated and damaged a lot, the hotel needs a refurbishment.
The room was unbearably hot at times and there was no AC or fan in the room.
The breakfast area is very small and if you’re not there early you have to wait as there are not enough seats for all guests staying at the hotel it would have been good to know this beforehand. The quality of the food was not very good either unfortunately.
