This was my 2nd time at Grand Hotel Bellevue, and the property continued to delight. Ibrequesrwd a cabin romm "as I has stqyed there last year"... I was rewarded with the same sweet little room! Make sure that you understand the cabin rooms are quite small, made so by the size of the bed! Large bed =standing room only! The bed is spacious and oh so comfortable! My cabin looks out over the neighborhood park! Storage space for shoes and bags is under the bed alone with a well stocked mini fridge. The bathroom is small, but the shower is plenty big. One must accommodate the tiny sink, really just large enough to wash hands. It's all good! The breakfast is delicious: tea, coffee, chocolate; granola, breads, dqiry free and regular yogurt, meats and cheeses. Superb staff!!

Si tratta di un hotel curato nei minimi dettagli.
Appena si arriva si viene accolti da personale molto gentile e disponibile, che sa consigliare anche come muoversi al meglio.
Gli interni dell'hotel sono molto belli e scelti con grande attenzione. Sia le sale comuni che la camera erano impeccabili, così come lo era la pulizia. Abbiamo visitato diversi hotel in Inghilterra ma non abbiamo mai visto una moquette così pulita e ben tenuta.
Il bagno è compatto ma presenta tutto l'essenziale: la doccia ti fa sentire in una spa!
Abbiamo apprezzato l'acqua in omaggio e la gentilezza dello staff.
Ringraziamo Hiyori per essere stata disponibile ad aiutarci prima del nostro arrivo e, in modo speciale, Luigi che ci ha fatto sentire a casa accogliendoci da subito con il sorriso! Torneremo presto volentieri!!

The location was excellent. We felt really safe and found the huge train station super helpful to get anywhere we needed. You can also walk to most parks/royal sites within Westminster.
On arrival the young lady checking us in spoke super quickly and rushed us through not giving me time to read what I was signing as she would shove her finger to the sign section. I had noticed a construction site next door and politely inquired on the time they start and how noisy that was going to be which she dismissed, avoid questions and handed me earplugs. The soundproofing was more than adequate I just wish she answered my questions instead of ignoring me. She then proceeded to rush us off and I couldn’t tell you a thing she said as it was all a fast passed script she rattled off. Customer service isn’t hard and they didn’t deliver on first impression. The room is small but cosy, no aircon, shower curtain needs to be replaced it’s mouldy. Overall we had an okay stay. Wouldn’t return though. I
