Warm greeting with complimentary beer which was nice and needed. Private parking on sight, didn't realise included full English breakfast which was great

Staff was very nice, let us leave our bags before check in so we could explore. Room was clean and came with toiletries. Electric kettle with tea in the room. Full english breakfast was a nice addition!
The motion activated hallway light would turn on every time we got up from bed at night, even though it wasn't in our room.

The staff was friendly. Strategic position. Hyde Park is very close. Paddington station is nearby. Welcome kit appreciated.
Breakfast management was terrible. The breakfast areas were inadequate and perhaps even illegal. Four tables for two hotels. Breakfast was timed, and people were left waiting at reception.Having an 18-month-old, we need time. We were called to leave, and I hadn't finished my coffee. Chapter room. After paying for the room they told me that the room is on the fourth floor without an elevator and with stairs like those of a 19th century hotel. Beyond that, the room was inadequate for three people, including a child. It was too small. It served as a lesson for me. There are many similar hotels in this area, but you need to check each one carefully. The prices of these "hotels" must be controlled by an appropriate authority.
