Property has character and charm.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. Airconditioned. Breakfast on premise is fine. Quiet location.
Stairs were a bit difficult/small in particular with luggage. A bit out of town, but not too far.

It is not at the center of the town so it is nice and quiet.
We were on the first floor and every-time people on the second floor walks, we can hear it.

Sobre todo la ubicación, que todo estaba limpio y la persona que lo regenta, súper amable.
Tenía algunos detalles a mejorar, como que en la habitación Darwing el espejo del baño no estuviera encima del lavabo o que no hubiera sitio para colgar las toallas. También que para subir las maletas a las habitaciones altas tienen una escalera complicada.

Puerto Ayora è un piccolo paese sull'Isola di Santa Cruz. Una struttura un po'periferica come l'Hostal Casa Edén permette di risparmiare parecchio rispetto alle strutture centrali. Camera grande e silenziosa e ottima colazione.
Il servizi proposti dalla struttura (transfer, escursioni ...) non hanno prezzi trasparenti. Pur sapendo che avevo prenotato solo per me (una persona) mi hanno proposto un servizio di transfer ad un prezzo, quando ho accettato hanno alzato il prezzo dicendo di non aver capito che era solo per me. Altre situazioni di questo tipo mi hanno fatto dubitare della loro buona fede
