Handy central location, quiet street
Dorm: 4 single beds W shower/toilet - where to hang provided towels to dry; no locker
Windows in rooms are internal to wall - slight breeze; saw on level above that windows go to internal corridor
Quality checkin info really sells an experience, but NOT told:
- wifi QR (diff to room wall in info) - and strong signal on all levels
- great rooftop terrace (covered/open) W comfy seats, great breeze and view, kitchen - also the breakie space

The location. The price . Clean
After 3 nights in a perfect dorm, clean, comfortable and quiet, the staff woke me up on my 3rd day to tell me I had to move by 10am to another room. Apparently they did a mistake in their booking system. I was really unpleased to be woken, with no excuse, and asked to move.
I could speak to what I believe was the manager, who beg me to move. We agreed on offering me my last night for free because of the rudeness and inconvenient situation I got. But I didn’t see him coming to me after the event. I’m still waiting for a refund!
The other dorm where they moved me wasn’t good, you can’t seat properly on the toilet because the wall is too close and that’s the first room near the entrance, in a corridor with echoes where everyone speak loud when they go through, so my two last nights were a nightmare!
Really disappointed and upset by the experience when everything was going perfectly fine at the beginning. Too bad because the rest was totally fine for this price on the Galapagos.
