Loved the location, the aircon worked well and it was clean.
The rainwater came in under the door when it rained

Reception Desk was very helpful with directions. Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants. Only a three minute walk to ferry terminal, which is helpful for the early morning tours. Super comfy bed. Balcony with view of the residential part of the neighborhood was wonderful. Quiet. Air-conditioning made for a cool room at night. Fresh cold water dispenser near Reception was wonderful.
They provide breakfast for $6 but I didn't eat there so I cannot speak on it.
About a 20 minute walk to the Darwin Research Center museum building.
A really great deal for the price.
Shower could have used a little more pressure but not a big deal.

Beautiful rooms, across from beach, nice breakfast, helpful staff before/during stay
Internet super slow in all our rooms and we were using all but a few rooms as a group
Mentioned to owner and he said we needed to connect to strongest of 6 routers in each room that are using high speed Starlink….something needs to be upgraded in the network or bandwidth as our entire group had to turn off WiFi as so slow to use cell service if they had it
This will prevent us returning with our groups until resolved

It's perfectly serviceable accommodation, at a reasonable price. The location is close to amenities, but quiet nevertheless.
An attempt to modify the booking was refused, costing us valuable cash. It was churlish of them to decline. That is poor business practice.
