The Host greated us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly, he directly provided items missing for us, like a kettle and remained accessible in the morning hours throughout the stay. His office is directly on the ground floor of the building.
The Location is very near the Vienna Hauptbahnhof, which is good for daytravel into Vienna surroundings. We did a day trip to Bratislava the capitol of slovakia, which is only 1h by train.
But the vienna itself is also easy reachable, via tram (3 Minute Walk) or U1 (15 Minute walk).
And a Bonus is, there is a Supermarket directly in front of the entrance making it easy to buy food or other thins during tha stay.

The hosts were very helpful both on the phone and via whatsapp. The apartment was well-designed comfortable and super clean. My walk to the department at the university of Vienna, where I was working, was through three parks so a great start/end to the day. The apartment is very close to a Lidl for your food supplies too.
The wifi failed to work for me. The bathroom was poorly lit. I would have liked more light.

It's very centrally located, metro station is very nearby. Just opposite to the building there is a super market. The room is well equipped as described, nice and clean. We stayed for 4 days with a child and we like it.
