Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr 'stylisch', das Platzangebot großzügig und die Ausstattung mehr wie ausreichend.
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV, mit der Haltestelle direkt vorm Haus, ist super, ebenso wie die Nähe zum botanischen Garten und Belvedere.
Da die Wohnung nicht zum Innenhof liegt, ist ein Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern wegen dem Straßenlärm nicht möglich und somit in der warmen Jahreszeit ein Riesenproblem.
Die Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne ist sub-optimal und nicht mehr zeitgemäß, die Anbringung der Armaturen, Ablagen und der Seifen- und Shampoobehälter unzweckmäßig; für ältere Menschen auf jeden Fall alles andere als bequem.
Der Zutritt zur Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, der Lift nur über mehrer Stufen zu erreichen, so dass Reisetaschen oder Koffer getragen werden müssen und nicht gezogen werden können.

Piękny apartament, czysty, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na 3 dni w Wiedniu. Szkoda, że nie ma klimatyzacji:-(ale przychodziliśmy późnym wieczorem i wiatraki dawały radę, pomimo temperatury na zewnątrz 36 stopni.
Bardzo blisko mieszkania, jest parking podziemny w rozsądnej cenie:-) Polecam w 100 % mieszkanie.

It’s a really new apartment and it’s close to the essential stations with a supermarket nearby.
The sofa has visible stains and also some dust. The mattress in the room is dented in which may be a sign for a replacement. The apartment does not provide boxed tissues

The location was great. The place was clean.
The staff didn’t respond when I called and messaged about earlier check-in. I didn’t like the check in is at 3 Pm. After a long trip, we arrived in the morning. there’s no way to store your bags at this place and there’s no reception.
There’s hot water for only 2-3 minutes at a time. The staff told us to reset the boiler each time. Three people had to shower with 3 minutes at a time. Hop out of the shower. Restart the boiler then hop in.
