L’emplacement dans le centre de Lisbonne et la facilité de l’accès.

The location was very convenient – most of the main sights were within a 15–20 minute walk. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the apartment is well connected by public transport.
One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located in a lively nightlife area, so it can get quite noisy in the evenings and at night. There is no air conditioning; a fan is provided, but during the summer the apartment can still get quite hot.
We also found a dead insect in the kitchen sink when we arrived, so we would suggest paying a bit more attention to thorough cleaning between guests.
