The staff were amazing. They helped with an early checking and delivered our bags to the room. And, they went out of their way to help us reconnect with a bag we accidentally left behind. So helpful!!! They also checked the room daily to restock coffee, etc and empty rubbish bins. Would definitely stay again.

Although the apartment owners do EVERYTHING they can to ensure their guests’ comfort, unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable because of the surrounding area. There were constant disturbances, and police sirens seemed to go off every fifteen minutes, which continuously disrupted our peace and quiet.
The balcony of the back bedroom was also frequently disturbed by a large number of pigeons, which were quite frightening at night.
Unfortunately, the neighbourhood is dirty and littered, although this is obviously beyond the apartment owners’ control and is more the responsibility of the Berlin authorities.
The apartment itself is clean, modern and comfortable, but unfortunately, because of these issues, we cannot give a high overall rating, because we couldn’t get a good night’s sleep and didn’t get enough rest.
For anyone who is not bothered by the noise and disturbances at night, I would still happily recommend the apartment.

Large Penthouse top location with plenty of space for two couples to spread out. Location access to food venues and nearby attractions.
The property was had to check-in, took 1 1/2 hour alot of calls to get electronic check-in system to work. Staff was slow responsive to issue.
