A first class non corporate style hotel. Very comfortable and high quality furnishings and bedding.
Great breakfast.
Nothing! The location isn’t the best if wanting the tourist sites but we were visiting family close by so perfect for us.

It was really easy to get around and the room was very clean and had a lovely window view over the park.
We found it hard to locate reception during our stay which meant we delayed having dinner at the hotel restaurant and could not ask any questions. We also felt pressured to tip more when having dinner by our server which made us quite uncomfortable at the time.

Great location if you want to explore Kreuzberg and the staff were excellent. Beautiful hotel.
The rooms are quite small and I think a bit expensive for what you get.

Rooms and facility was clean.
The room was very small, and overall the experience didn’t quite match what we were hoping for given the cost.
