Large, comfortable room, beautiful and original loft layout, excellent bedding. The swing in the room was a plus that the kids really enjoyed! The room was on the street side but thanks to good soundproofing, very quiet. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly and responsive personnel. Great location in front of a bus stop with fast access to station and all downtown areas.
Breakfast area a bit cramped.

It’s has nice decor, eco friendly, spacious room
The shower could do with a through clean and thought I booked 3 beds in loft suite room turns out the photos are deceiving it’s two duvets on a double bed in the loft area, so not two separate beds

Very close to transport. Easy access to front of hotel. Nice decor. Baggage storage. Tea and coffee available on demand including herbal teas. Nice products in bathroom. Lots to entertain you. Restaurant in-house. Good quality linen.
Mouldy tiles in bathroom. Lifts not opening on floors but in between flights of stairs. Pillows only one kind.
