Udany wyjazd. Następnym razem na dłużej. Ten był zbyt krótki.

Fajny hotel, miła i urocza obsługa, lokalizacja w centrum Berlina blisko metra. Możliwość zostawienia auta dłużej niż doba hotelowa na parkingu podziemnym.

Małe łóżka. Dość wysika cena jak na standard wyposażenia pokoi . Rekompensuje to świetna lokalizacja.

Localização ótima e café da manhã completo.

A cama tinha um cheiro horrível (de coisa molhada ou suor), pedimos para que trocassem a roupa de cama e quando fui dormir o cheiro permanecia. Foi muito desagradável.

Not again!

Good facility.

Lunch food variances was not acceptable. The Bar was closed due to a Porsche event. The reception desk did not offer an altnative besides using another Bar in Berlin. The ton and behavior of this Lady was absolutely impolite.

Disappointing service

Room was a good size, location was good, pool was nice.

Very poor service, staff did not speak English and do not make an effort, we were left waiting for ordering meals/drinks both at breakfast and at the lobby. Breakfast choice poor. One of the mornings they incorrectly made us an omelette we did not request and they made a huge deal out of who ordered it. Room was not cleaned properly on several occasions. Overall very disappointing we have been in much better 4 stars hotels.

Die Lage direkt am Potsdamer Platz ist genial! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Haustechniker war schnell da, um das Fenster zu reparieren. Außerdem wurde sehr schnell ein zweiter Stuhl gebracht, da wir zu zweit am Tisch sitzen wollten. Der Badezimmerknauf hat sehr fasziniert, so einen kannten wir noch nicht. Sensationell waren die Matratzen, die man ja sogar kaufen kann, wie uns das freundliche Personal sagte. Außerdem war das Schwimmbad sehr schön und sauber, man konnte dort super relaxen.

Leider konnte man die Fenster nur kippen und nicht komplett öffen (aber da sind die deutschen Gesetze dran schuld). Und es gab nur einen Stuhl, um am Tisch zu sitzen. Aber es wurde schnell ein zweiter gebracht.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider läuft die Sauna aktuell nur auf Voranmeldung. Ansonsten wird sie runtergefahren. Leider wurde das nicht kommuniziert und erst auf zweiten Hinweis, dass Temparatur nicht stimmt, kommuniziert, was der Grund dafür ist. Schade.

Clean, Great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast.

The property was at a great location in the middle of the city. Everything was waking distance or the train was right around the corner. the rooms were clean and very up to date. The breakfast had many options and fresh.

Für einen kurzen beruflichen Aufenthalt akzeptabel

Sehr gute Lage. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Zimmerservice war akzeptabel.

An der Rezeption war das Personal etwas unpersönlich, aber nicht unhöflich. Die Executive-Lounge verdiente ihren Namen wirklich nicht, die würde ich wirklich nicht nochmal buchen.

جميله وممتعه لكن الحرص عند الدفع والتدقيق في الفواتير

الموقع العاملين خصوصاً الموظف المحترام والرائع لويس وكذالك المنجر فلكس المنقذ .. عموما الفندق راقي وقريب من كل شيء وهذه سادس مره اسكن فيه مع العائلة قريب من مول برلين ولديهم مطعم رائع ستيك داخل الفندق جميل جداً

اصرار موظفة الاستقبال جوليا على ان ادفع مبلغ اقامتى مرتين مع توضيحي لها اكثر من مرره اني دفعت المبلغ كامل ومشاهدتها الرسيت وكذلك رفضها اعادة مبلغ التامين700 يورو كذلك اضافة مبلغ 200 يورو للفطور مع ان الاقامه شامله الافطار حتى اتي المنجر فلكس ووبخها واعاد لي مبلغ التامين وقال لها الحساب مدفوع وهوا واضح في الشاشه امامي كانت عمليه سرقه واضحه من قبل الموظفه جوليا المحتاله .. لذلك انصح بعدم التعامل معها ويجب على إدارة الفندق ملاحظتها.

Bad Behavior on one Concierge

Almost everything was perfect till one of the Consierge did not mess everything with his rude behavior

One of the Staff was really rude and not helpfull. The Receptionis offered the help the Concierge denied and refused any kind of assistance.

Great location and staff, comfortable stay but don’t bother to pack swim suit

Excellent breakfast, good ambience, excellent staff, good location.

Spa is a real let down and not worth using. Infra red seats are not a sauna, no way do I want to be microwaved. Fitness suite is only for men, huge weights, nothing for women there. Changing is a bit cramped

Schmale Badewanne ,rutschig. Besser und zeitgemäßer wäre eine ebenerdige große Dusche!

Keyifli bir konaklama

Konumu Mitte bölgesinin en işlek caddesindr,heryere yakın. Recepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok profesyoneldi. Hertürlü sorumuza nazikçe yanıt verdiler. Özellikle Semih Bey e çok teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı çeşidi gayet iyiydi. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Otelin etrafında restorantlar olması ,akşam yemeklerimizde konforlu oldu. Odamıza saatimizden önce girebildik ;o konuda çok yardımcı oldular.. Odanın sıcaklığı iyiydi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Berlin Marriott.

Great options at breakfast in the Executive Lounge. The hotel is very conveniently located. The downside was that the restaurant was too small and fully booked for the key nights we were there.

Limited tables for dinner in the main hotel restaurant. However, when we finally found a table, the restaurant service was exceptional.

המלון ממוקם סמוך לתחבורה ציבורית על כל סוגייה. אזור שקט, בטוח, קרוב למסעדות, מוזיאון המוסיקה, קניון ברלין ועוד. חדר מרווח, נקי, צוות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ובמלון מסעדת בשרים מומלצת. החדר ניתן בשעה מוקדמת ונעננו בחיוב כשביקשנו להאריך שהות עד הטיסה.

Great 5 night stay. Could’ve stayed longer.

Everything from the time we stepped through the door. Excellent service, huge , comfortable room . Great bar and food.

Family city break.

Location, all the staff were very helpful and professional, facilities were all excellent. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely but was a bit on the expensive side.

The beds were not very comfortable. The matress was very hard.

Estadia confortável - problema com deposito do cartão

Quarto amplo e claro, instalações e banheiro novos, cama confortável. Roupão e chinelos precisa pedir, mas disponibilizam. Café da manha excelente, com muitas opções e equipe extremamente atenciosa. Localização excelente também. Muitas comodidades, como serviço de quarto 24h, bar do hotel.

Tivemos um problema com a retenção do deposito. Ate o momento dessa avaliação, o deposito não nos foi devolvido. Mandamos um email para um contato que eles nos informaram na recepção do hotel, e nunca foi respondido. Somente quando eu entrei em contato aqui no booking, que consegui falar com o hotel. Mas ainda sem solução. Falaram que podem demorar ate 15 dias para o estorno, la na recepção informaram que devolviam na hora… Fique atento se voce precisa do limite do cartão ou se for usar aqueles cartões pre pagos… se tiver com dinheiro contado, provavelmente não poderá contar com ele, pois estará bloqueado.

Отличное месторасположение!!! Сытные вкусные завтраки. Большой номер, широкая удобная кровать. Дружелюбный персонал. У отеля есть гараж для автомобиля.

В номере не было тапочек и гигиенических принадлежностей.
