Positiv på alla sätt med många upplevelser!

Det kändes lyxigt när man kom in i lobbyn, rent och låg centralt. Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevligt med pooldelen. Rummet var helt ok.

Nice stay in the middle of Berlin for a family.

Lieliska vieta , ja vēlaties Berlīni iepazīt nelielu pastaigu attālumā

Lieliska viesnīcas atrašanās vieta , netālu dzelzceļa stacija ļoti ērti nokļūt no lidostas. Netālu no viesnīcas atrodas daudz lielisku apmeklējuma vērtu vietu. Reihstāgs , muzeju sala ar daudz lieliskiem muzejiem. Ziemassvētku laikā netālu atrodas vairāki jauki ziemassvētku tirdziņi. Kompliments no viesnīcas , ja dzīvojat vairākas dienas un neizmantojat numuriņa tīrīšanas pakalpojumus katru dienu :)

Ein guter Startpunkt für einen Städtetripp.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich gigantisch. Es lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Die Bahn ist um die Ecke und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr groß für ein Hotel. Man hat sogar Platz zum Schwimmen. Das Hotelpersonal, gerade beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich.

Leider hat das Heizungsrohr sehr laute Geräusche gemacht. Dadurch war der Schlaf nicht sehr erholsam. Das ist allerdings wirklich das Einzige, was zu bemängeln ist.

L'emplacement de l'hotel : près du centre et des transports La literie Le calme La salle de petit déjeuner le petit-déjeuner Personnel agréable

La salle de bain vieillotte avec certains éléments mal placés : le bouton de la chasse est derrière la lunette, les serviettes de visage sont placées à côté des toilettes et il y a un micro (relié à la télé) inutile Les serviettes usées Les meubles défraîchis Notre chambre n'a pas été faite deux fois L'absence de variétés de cakes et gâteaux au petit déjeuner

If you've got arachnophobia like me, a rather big spider running around the room floor when you check in into the room might be an issue. With some effort drove that thing away and the rest wask ok.

the cleaning of the rooms and bathroom the check in staff. some very difficult!! no everyone speak English. very difficult to understand them the air conditioner were bad in almost 6 of the 8 rooms we booked

not recommended for the money they charge

the location. excellent

the room service was very bad. the air conditioning didn’t work in 4 rooms. and the cleanings was very poor. we found things from other people like cans of cokes and lighting for cigarettes. and the barthsomm very bad cleaning they didn’t change the beds everyday.

Great location for a short trip in Berlin for tourists not tempted by fashionable interior

The location of the hotel was unexpectedly great. Almost everything we wanted to visit on our 3-day long trip we could reach by foot. Even though the hotel is located near the most popular attractions, we could sleep peacefully at night with an open window.

The interior was kind of obsolete and looked used a lot. However, the location and affordances cover imperfections of interior. What I personally not really liked is that in our room we had not a whole double bed but two combined beds. The break in the middle is not really comfortable but each single bed was huge. Which is kind of a plus.

Great location, amazing breakfast and there's also a pool! Also very nice artworks.

Location was great, it was very central and the transport links were very convenient. Breakfast was amazing. It was expensive, but amazing. Worth it.

I somehow didn't realise that this hotel has a Pool, so didn't bring my swimsuit. And the hotel didn't have a shop to buy one on the spot, so this is something that can be improved for forgetful travellers like myself :)

Very good

Spacious room, comfortable beds, big bathroom. The location was perfect too.

We arrived at 13.30 and we had to pay 20 euros fee for early checkin, because it is supposed to be at 15.00. It’s the 1st time we had to pay to get the room 1hr and a half earlier. In the bathroom there was only one small shower gel and a shampoo, while we were 2 people.
