Location is great! The selection at breakfast was superb with plenty of fresh fruit, made-to-order omelettes, etc. I do wish that they had had nonfat milk though. The room was spacious with room for luggage and comfortable seating and bed.

TV didn’t work the first 3 days. I tried on my 4th day and did not get it to work, which did not matter that much to me.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig. Das Bett sehr bequem.

Die Lage des Hotels, die Qualität der Materilien der Einrichtung inkl. dem sehr großen und hochwertigen Bett. Das Frühstück und das Personal sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Check Out.

Der extra berechnete "Service" für die Hunde war so schlecht, das er schließlich von der Rechnung genommen wurde. ( Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung keine Decke, keine Näpfe, geschweige denn ein Leckerchen oder Kotbeutel - wie von anderen Häusern gewohnt). Hotel tolle Lage- jedoch "Zimmer mit Stadtblick" - frontal Sicht auf die geschlossene Fassade/ Wand des Nachbargebäude - nicht Ausblick "Unter den Linden" (meine Stille Hoffnung ) aber eben auch nicht "Friedrich Str." o.ä. sondern null Aussicht ( Zimmer 212). 5 Sterne bedeutete auch nicht schöne Minibar - sondern leerer Kühlschrank. Blöd denn mit Hund an die Hotelbar war keine Alternative für uns. Zimmer war auch nur "illegal" durch Baustelle in der 2.Etage oder mit einem Umweg/Irrweg über die 4. Etage zu erreichen. Das Hotel hatt mich bei früheren Berlinbesuchen durch seine tolle Lage, die Fassade und im Winter auch durch die Beleuchtung angezogen - jetzt darin übernachtet ist der Zauber leider verflogen- schade.

Clean and in a fairly good location. The distance from some of the rooms from reception was exceedingly long.

No main restaurant. Our superior room was soulless and lacking in comfort. No bath at a shower which was positively dangerous with a very slippery floor and no hand rails.

Très bel hôtel, spacieux et bien situé, propre.

L'ascenseur ne pouvais pas s'arrêter à l'étage menant à notre chambre pour des raisons techniques, ce qui nous obligeait à devoir constamment faire un détour compliqué et mal indiqué (perte de temps!) et aucune excuse pour cela. La serveuse au bar du restaurant s'est montrée très arrogante et désagréable.

Friendly staff, clean, Covid measures adhered to, great piano player in the evenings. Centrally located, just above underground station, 7 min walk from train station for direct link to airport.

Breakfast was plentiful in choices and quantities but didn’t feel so. Presentation & display/layout improvement potential.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, um die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Und die Anbindung an das öffentliche U-Bahn-Netz erfordert nur wenige Schritte. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Bettenqualität ist hervorragend.

L’emplacement est top, le personnel est très professionnel et l’établissement est très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et bien insonorisés. Le bar est magnifique avec une belle carte. Très bon petit déjeuner. A deux pas du métro.

L’hôtel est immense et un peu froid. Vu la taille de l’hôtel,la salle du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus grande. Une piscine serait un plus.

Breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of choice and well presented. Staff were very friendly. Gym was well equipped and the location to main attractions was very close

The ongoing building works detracted from the overall appearance of the hotel.

Brilliant central location. Subway stops all around and 5 min walk to the train station. Lots of shops, coffee shops and restaurants walking distance all around. Hotel was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful.

Our room seemed to be under a staff base or something as there were lots of noisy trollies above us from about 6.30am.

Very comfortable bedroom and extremely quiet with balcony windows opening onto a garden square. Well equipped rooms with a kettle and good mix of feather and non feather pillows.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, und das Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!
