Big comfortable room. Bathroom with great bathtub and rainfall shower. Open air rooftop bar/restaurant. Fabulous spa with 20m indoor pool. Great restaurant!

Stunning location, grand historical building with a beautiful rooftop terrace and very friendly, helpful staff that went above and beyond to meet our wishes. This is becoming rare, even in the best 5 star hotels. This one obviously still knows how to strive for excellence.

The location was perfect for exploring Berlin. The staff were absolutely amazing. From the concierge who highlighted areas of interest on a map, to the reception staff, all were delightful. They even noticed it was my sons birthday and put a slice of cake and Happy Birthday message in the room.. All facilities were exactly what you would expect of a high end 5 star, comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. The architecture as a former bank, was also impressive.. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
