A lovely, clean hotel in a great location. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was clean and equipped with everything you'd need. We loved having the kitchenette so we could sort our own breakfast before a day of exploring.
For 2 people on a 5 night stay, there wasn't enough coffee supplied in the room for a morning cup. Not a massive deal and the member of staff manning breakfast let me grab a cup from the machine. But something to consider.

I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks while I was taking some language classes with Goethe. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was adequate although both the stovetop and the microwave were a little under powered. The location was perfect - there were a few grocery options nearby and public transportation literally just around the corner. The room was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Mitte and next to an S-Bahn station. With the window open, I could hear noises outside, with it closed I could not. I slept very well here.
The stovetop and microwave are both very much underpowered so cooking took longer. They were otherwise functional.

In the center. Close to AlexanderPlatz. Near the Hackescher Markt station. Hop On Hop Off stops are very close to hotel. Warm. Good breakfast.
Housekeeping is problem. 3 days period is too much. No good communication while we check in. Less information given during check-in. No consider the notice regarding requested everyday cleaning the room.
