personnel was very kind and helpful. Localization is great. I definitely will visit again.

Wifi. There were no problems with the range, the connection was stable, but transfers were rather slow, which had little impact on my online meetings.

Serviceorientiertes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top! Schönes ambiente, zentrale Lage des Hotels und nachhaltiges Konzept. Ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, coole Bar.

Online-Checkin-Prozess war nicht transparent/ umständlich bzw. fehlerhaft, lieber direkt vor Ort alles regeln. Ich hatte eine Doppelbuchung, was aber sofort wieder erstattet wurde.

Perfect for a few days on business

Very convenient location, practical room layout, sauna on request (I did not get a chance to use it but thought it a nice offer). The hotel has lost a bit of charme over recent years but still remains comfortable and clean. Unlike some other hotels in the area, they maintain daily housekeeping which I appreciate very much. Well connected to public transport. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

Not worth the money but close to Museum Island.

Good location to Museum Island. Train station right outside of the hotel was super useful.

The hotel is very tired and not worth the money. Next time we would stay in an Airbnb for half the cost. The hotel rooms need renovating, they look tired and outdated. The bed was also uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved.

Arty hotel by the canal In beautiful location

I absolutely love the decor of this property.In front modern and old on the back!Rooms were spacious and simple/modern.The location was fantastic and close to anything.You can hire a bamboo bike.Loved the cocktail bar.

We have been misled by staff that there will be a parking space for unfortunately on our arrival there was no space so we had to leave our car outside and pay €3/h.The next day we managed to park in sister hotel but the garage is so tiny that when gets full and your car is slightly bigger like hatchback type you will find almost impossible to park!

Lovely feel, would 100% visit again!

The building it itself was lovely, the restaurant was gorgeous and the sauna facilities were lovely! Plus the room was really lovely and open.

Honestly can’t think of anything.

Bed is to soft, air condition is loud and does not cool enough, noises from other rooms are hearing even on the courtyard side. Courtyard side view is different than in photo here.

A good option in Berlin

I´d like the hotel´s decor, location, breakfast and the staff was great, especially Ana, who takes care of us at the breakfast.

Didn´t like the rooms conditions, especialy carpets, a noisy air conditioning and a not so comfy bed.

Stylish and comfortable hotel with great service

We were extremely well looked after by all the art 'otel staff whether with enquiries or help at the front desk, breakfast service or at the bar. Special mention must go to Sebastian and Luca who were the perfect hosts behind the bar, always very welcoming and courteous - and Sebastian made a mean Martini! We were sorry to say goodbye to them. The bedroom was comfortable, if compact, and the decor was quirky and stylish, and lived up to the hotel's name, with paintings everywhere you looked. We had an excellent spread for breakfast every morning. The location was quiet, next to the canal, and had a great neighbourhood bar and an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant nearby. Also very well appointed for most of the main sights - within about 20 mins' walk. A good choice for a first visit to Berlin and we really enjoyed our stay.

The two S-Bahn stops near our hotel were both unavailable for the duration of our stay (as far as we would tell) because of ongoing work and there was a replacement bus service instead. This was outside of the hotel's control but worth checking connections ahead of time if walking is an issue (it wasn't for us, just a bit more tiring, and we used cabs instead). Not a huge choice of restaurants close by but easy enough to go further afield if you have the energy after a day of pounding Berlin's streets!

Amazing week in Berlin

Pleasant but about 30% overpriced, even at discount rate.

Desk staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast selection was better than many. Access to bikes was helpful. I would have loved to indulge in a massage had time permitted. Garage rental was convenient and reasonable, albeit a tight squeeze for a Ford Skuba. Location is surprisingly quiet for its fairly central location.

Not up to par with other hotels in this price range like the Malia. Small lobby/ low ceilings reminiscent of college dorms. Breakfast staff whisked the food away right after 11, but I do understand that this is Germany!
