The location meant easy access to transport, restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic location, very close to the main sights in Berlin. Very close to a station as well, meaning you could get anywhere in the city and to and from the airport very easily. The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. The room had a coffee machine, TV and toiletries. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a very good selection. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

The body towels tiny and overused, the toilet paper was rough. Those things are super important and upgrade the experience
