Fantastic location close to tram and metro transport options and easy to access main tourist attractions.
We selected the “green” option for our stay. We didn’t expect towels and sheet to be changed but we were surprised when there was no room service at all. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee replenished and beds made.

We selected "breakfast included" and it was a large buffet of items with fresh brewed coffee too.
We did a self check-in and no staff was around.

Perfect location, kind staff, clean rooms with A/C and refrigerator. We particularily enjoyed the location, 15 minutes walking from main attractions.
Space was a bit too tight, no closet. No space for luggage. The art in the walls indicate the hotel is maybe more of an occasional stop for couples (although no disturbance or noise was perceived at any point). But the size of the room was the only thing I'd improve, and even then, it wasn't too bad because we were only staying for 2 nights.

Nice reception . And the staff is friendly . Good location
We ordered a double bed . We got two twin beds stuck together and the bed covers were single. We asked them to at least put a large sheet to put the beds together. Was still two single beds with a hole in the middle and single sheets
