The staff were very helpful. The first room was very small.
Hard bed and pillows were not the best in the second room. very noisy from the train as it had no air-conditioning and we had to open the window to let in cool air. They turn on heating at this time but it was still warm outside. No English channels on tv except the news.

The location
The check in was meant to be at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 4. No mini fridge.
