Front desk staff was efficient and polite. Staff we met in the hotel area and corridors greeted us readily.
There are enough lifts to the room and they are working well.
There were road closures to the hotel when we checked in due to some events. We had to walk more than 500m to the hotel with large luggage.
The male counter staff was receptive with my feedback on the strong urine stench in the toilet when we checked in.
Also, the interior fabric of the duvet cover has a fabric tear. He apologised fot tye situations and offered the house-keeping staff to deep clean the toilet.
Actually, the balcony table set was dusty and we didn't want to use them.
The shower room basin tap is wall mount and wet the vanity top when we washed our hands
Fave towels were not replenished after house keeping on the next day but left torn paper signage in the bath tub.
Personally, I also prefer no human portrait in the room.

Very nice hotel in a central location a short walk from several tourist spots and close to transport links for exploring more of the city. Staff were very polite and helpful. Junior suite was very comfortable for a family of four.
Service in the hotel bar was very slow on Sunday afternoon when it wasn't very busy.
