Amazing hotel in a safe location and cool area - near to fab shops and nice brunch places. Staff were super friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. The top floor lounge was a great addition with complimentary tea & coffee, cookies and pretzels. Much appreciated after a day out exploring. Would recommend and return!

Loved this hotel.
Really funky. Excellent bathroom in the room, unusual design but it really worked. Hot powerful shower. (I’ve had so many rubbish showers in hotels, this one was brilliant)

There is an honesty bar on the 7th floor. It’s open 24/7. Serves good free coffee.
Location wise, could not be better. Mitte is a great district, so many places to eat and drink on the door step. Great connections to the rest of the city with the nearby train stn.

Great location close to a cool selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Opposite lime bike station as well as metro to get around town. Large, quiet room and bed as well as nice views over park from high floor rooms. Powerful shower. Friendly staff. Restaurant downstairs great for dinner and coffee.
Breakfast too expensive so we grabbed coffees and pastries out each day. Feel like if the price of breakfast was adjusted it could help with the overall buzz of top floor, as it was always super quiet and the breakfast floor is a major asset in the building with great views over the city. It would be also nice to have the top floor as somewhere for drinks in evening, similar to Hoxton etc. Or a welcome drink on arrival.

Can’t beat the location if you want to have a good base to explore. Staff was really friendly. The restaurant downstairs looked great, we didnt eat there but it felt lively and looked like a good time. Loved the area and the sweet welcome note, little city guide booklet and what’s app service
To us, value for money felt a bit off here. Our room especially the bathroom felt outdated, old and run down. The shower and floors were really used and stained from caulk, the shower curtain tinted yellow. Although it’s ofc a minimalist hotel, the bathroom was really barren and cold, it didnt feel like a match for price. The hallway outside the room smelled quite funky and unpleasant. Also be prepared to hear everything, people walking outside, doors opening and closing, the music from the downstairs restaurant (we were on the 2nd floor) and heard it until late at night
