Good hotel in a good location
Door was broken and rooftop bar wasn’t open any of our nights. The floor was also very noisy after midnight

Really good location. Powerful shower and nice toiletries, although like all hotels in the world the shower screen doesn't prevent the floor getting flooded.
Good soundproofing - you don't hear street noise despite trams outside and the blackout curtains are very effective.
The main problem with the room is lack of light. There's some general mood lighting and bedside lights and even a wardrobe light but no overhead light that actually makes the room usable. We managed but it would be a serious issue for anyone with even minor sight problems.
The other irritation was the slightly dodgy housekeeping: issues varied by day but ranged from ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door and not emptying and washing up mugs to the more comedic: leaving the bin lid upside down. It was basically clean although they didn't vacuum in the corners.
We later found the note in the room saying that we should use the in-room tablet to inform housekeeping if we didn't want our room serviced but there was no tablet. All a bit chaotic. None of it worth complaining about during our stay.
Another issue was the door, which was very heavy and difficult for a petite person to close properly and that's presumably why we came back one day to find our room unlocked.
It was a shame that there wasn't an option to use the rooftop bar during the afternoon or early evening with under 18s and non alcoholic drinks and also so that it is available to guests even if there is an evening event. As it was, staying there with my 17 year old son I didn't even see it. Given that photos of it are heavily used in the marketing this felt somewhat like misselling and was disappointing.

The location of the hotel was great & the cleanliness too. It would be nice if the coffee pods were replenished each day then we wouldn't need to buy our own for the room, but overall it was suitable. Dark but suitable
Very dark rooms & all round dark hotel. The rooftop bar was closed, but then opened on the Friday, so assumed weekend opening only but we weren't told that or much else on arrival. Restaurant empty. It just felt like a depressing hotel. Also check your bill. Automatic payment taken & then receipt sent to say I had been charged 4x late check out charge plus taxes.
