Hotel was in a great location, staff were all happy and helpful and it was clean. Sara on reception was first class. Kettle in the room was nice to have and despite having the train station next door, the glazing in the room kept the sound to a very minimal level. Would go back again and would recommend it.
The one day I had the room cleaned it was pretty basic, only towels swapped over, cups and glasses left as I left them, second day I opted to have it cleaned and when I got back at 1430 it hadn’t been touched. Air con was limited at 18 and didn’t feel like it worked to room was always warm and the bidet in the room looked like a cracked egg.
