The location was excellent. A short walk from the train station and tram which made it very convenient to get around Berlin. Many of the must see attractions were within walking distance. Staff were great and were happy to help.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Just few steps from the metro station and 10-15 mins to all the main sightseeing spots by walk. Felt really safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. Will come back for sure and recommend for staying 10/10.

Good location.
A Fixed glass panel on the shower, prevents you from turning on the water and testing it first before you get all the way in. I had to change rooms twice because the first time there was a defect in the air conditioner, and the second time I found shoe prints in the shower. All the rooms had very confusing electrical switches some which seemed to do nothing. The so-called free WiFi was extremely slow speed and the network was unsecured.
