Location
Staff not very courteous, long lines at reception, no water or coffee available

Good location, close to metro but also within walking distance to attractions. Good value for money. Quick check in, friendly staff. All commented on what a good nice sleep we all had and how quiet the rooms were. Would recommend.
Nothing, everything was good.

The location was great. The sauna was a nice addition. The lobby is very nice which makes it welcoming and a good first impression. There are 4 lifts so the wait times weren’t long.
The lack of cleanliness and efficiency of the staff. Some were also quite impolite and unprofessional. I was also told there were vegan options at breakfast but unfortunately this was not the case and we were unable to eat at the hotel.
