Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby
We had a balcony and although it wasn’t quite what we expected (it was covered) it was pleasant to sit out to read, and gave us more space

Great value for the price, amazing location 2 min away from Potsdamer Platz station (very easy to reach from airport, only takes 30 min).
Room is on the smaller side but has everything you need, plus a pretty nice view of the city. Would def book again next trip!

Comfortable beds good location close to Brandenburg gate and Reichstag building
Room didn’t look like the photo. Could have done with bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities as we were room only board so couldn’t get a hot drink until we were out and about.
