Location was great for nearby restaurants, activites, and shopping opportunities. The concierge was helpful at anytime. The spa+pool was a great addition to the stay especially when it was the extreme heatwave in Berlin.
The air conditioning of the room could have been better. The receptionist at the spa+pool area was unpleasant for new guests which was a surprise to us.

The location was excellent, right at Potsdamer Platz with easy access to everything we wanted to see in Berlin. The club lounge was a highlight, with breakfast bites, afternoon tea, and even a chess board, which I always appreciate in a hotel lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable, and staff were friendly throughout our four night stay.
The only issue was the air conditioning in our room, which never seemed to cool the space even though the system showed it was running. It wasn't bad enough that we asked to switch rooms, but the room stayed warmer than we would have liked for all four nights.
