Nice quiet hotel near the main station, with very friendly and helpful staff. Food in the bar restaurant was good too. Rooms comfortable and clean.
The first room we were given had a very annoying buzz from the ceiling even when the aircon was turned off (and the buzz could be heard in the whole corridor to a certain extent). When we asked to change rooms because of it, the receptionist handled it well, and soon we were in a new quiet room in another part of the hotel. We only discovered just before we left that the aircon in that room was broken, but didn’t impact us - receptionist was grateful for the information on checkout, and apologised.

Breakfast was good, but dinner was expensive and not available every night. Conveniently located as south end of Berlin Hbf Train Station, which had less noise from Police and other sirens faced by hotels to the north of the Train Station.
The room doors made a lot of noise when closing. They didn't provide brochures for all the Hop-on Hop-of Tour Bus Companies.

Liked the foyer areas to spend time in. The luggage storage area worked well
Having no tea of coffee in room is not unusual but it would be nice to have access to complimentary tea and coffee downstairs.

Location right next to Central Station, room size, really good breakfast
I was three times asked to upgrade to a business room, one time would have been enough. I have never seen a hotel that charges for storing luggage on the arrival or departure day! Elevators didn't work well, to use the "free" Wifi you had to download an app (again haven't seen this in any hotel before!)
