I have been many times in this hotel. It locates in a peaceful area quite near the central railway station. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel was easy to get to and very close to the conference I was attending. I appreciated their breakfast buffet.
The staff wasn't helpful. I asked for directions somewhere and kept being told " just go to the main street" over and over again by the front desk attendant. As someone who often gets lost, that was not helpful. I was also told I was too late for breakfast even though I can down with 14min to spare. I ended up going to the restaurant to ask for food recommendation and was able to get the buffet.
There was also a weird experience when I asked for the hours of the restaurant and was told the kitchen was closed all day because it was a Sunday. I was sitting in the lobby and saw multiple tables of multiple people get served food. When my German friend asked about the discrepancy he made up a weird excuse that she felt did not make sense. He tried to say he told me that it was only closed for a little bit and would open back at noon, even though when I asked him about ordering it was already past noon. Or felt very racially motivated and driven. Even my friend, who was not even staying in the hotel, noticed that she was getting better treatment. POCs, especially Black folks, beware of this hotel. There is a lot of micro aggressions from the staff.
