Modern. Perfect location next to all the public transport. Seamless check in and out. Great location to get the S Bahn to the Messe and back for shows or the airport and MUCH faster and cheaper than a taxi! Everything was perfect.
The bathroom is very exposed. There is a mirror and glass between the room and bed which means you cannot share the room with a friend or have any real privacy in the bathroom because they can see you naked as you come out the shower and there’s no door either. Even with a partner I want some privacy in the bathroom! It’s very easily resolved with opaque film. All you have to do is put the mirror all the way down to the sink or make the glass opaque. This is a major design flaw that would stop me staying here with friends or business colleagues say.

It’s a hotel I wouldn’t recommend. It is just like an Ibis - same quality of beds, sheets, towels and shower - but with a very high price. So it is bad value for money. Breakfast is excellent, but since it is not included, you can just go there and pay for it. It is not possible to evaluate staff because you don’t really get in touch with almost anybody - it’s self check-in/check-out and there is one person asking for your room number when you go to breakfast. Location is handy - right by the train station, which makes it easy to get transportation. However, the area is not interesting.
